Thank You!

I would like to thank my physical therapist, Laura Smith, for her kindness and patience during my physical therapy. You started me on exercises that were always challenging and never extended me beyond endurance. With your good sense of humor you were able to get me to relax and therefore to coach and reassure me when I was having self-doubt about my ability to ever have relief from my back pain.

As someone who has never has physical therapy exercise, I am happy to say your program has given me a whole new awareness for my body. I’ve learned that weight training is extremely important for women my age, and if I don’t make an effort to keep my muscles strong around the bones, I’ll wake up every day aching and complaining. I know I have to keep working harder as time goes by, but I also know that I feel really good after each PT session.

Therapy one, has some wonderful people working there and they care about their patient and show it to everyone.

I have decided to join their gym to continue my weight training.

Life is Beautiful!

In the great dictionary of life, a photo of Kathy’s face should be next to the definition of compassionate care. Thank you, Kathy, for the excellence in comforting, educating, guiding, encouraging, and for your warming touch. You didn’t just treat an injured joint, your helped a whole body-A PERSON

Thank you,

Dr. Buhrow
