Get back in the Game with THERAPY1ONE!

I enjoyed my therapy time @ THERAPY1ONE! I would not have progressed to where I am today if it had not been for the professional staff at THERAPY1ONE! If I need assistance in the future with any injury I will return to them because I know they have the skill set to get me back in the game!
Thanks for all you efforts!

Get a grasp on things with Occupational Therapy!

When I first arrived at THERAPY1ONE I had difficulty grasping and holding on to items, due to my arthritis. My swollen joints made it difficult to bend my fingers very far. The occupational therapist, Kathy Pitts, is highly qualified, experienced, patient, and friendly. Kathy at THERAPY1ONE was able to get my hands stronger, more limber, and now my fingers bend more than they have in years!!! I CAN EVEN MAKE A FIST!

When I went to THERAPY1ONE, my pain in my lower back was at a level 9, but with the help from my physical therapists I always felt good after my appointment. James and Josh were very helpful and ready to answer any question I had.
I am going to join the fitness center at THERAPY1ONE because of everyone!

FULL ATTENTION

I have had surgery on my hip, back, and knee three times so I have had therapy multiple times, my experience at THERAPY1ONE was far superior to any of the others. You have their full attention while you are there and they make you work very hard which is to your benefit.
It is now the only place I would recommend. The proof is I now have no limp for the first time in years!

Migrain Free

I was having migraines daily, waking up every morning with one, until I started at THERAPY1ONE. Laura and Heather (therapists at THERAPY1ONE) used their expertise and guiding hands to help me wake up every morning MIGRAIN FREE! I have been educated about my neck and will have continued success.

Thank you,

S Graff

Thank you!

I began PT with THERAPY1ONE around a month ago. I have a C2/C3 (hangman’s) fracture from a motor vehicle accident in 1989. I had a very painful acute episode about 45 days ago. It caused pain in my neck/shoulder & also caused headaches. I did PT 3 days a week with Josh (& twice with Matt). The PT consisted of stretching exercises of various types & heat with a TENS unit applied to the area. Even though I am not pain free I have less pain and more range of motion with much tightness in the area.
My thanks to the very professional staff at THERAPY1ONE, I will be happy to recommend others to THERAPY1ONE.

Thirteen weeks later I feel great and I am way ahead of where I thought I would be. Thank you for a great experience and for helping me get better fast!

The Best Care!

I have used THERAPY1ONE several times with much success, this last time I fell and broke my hip. My therapist James had me up and walking with a cane in four weeks! I would recommend THERAPY1ONE to anyone looking for the best care.

Heather recently joined the Therapy One team after graduating from the University of Tennessee Health with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2013. She earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in 2010 from Middle Tennessee State University.
While earning her doctorate Heather received two awards. The Sigma Xi award was given to her and her research colleagues for their work with children with hemophilia. Her second award, Margaret Perry “Stacks” Ayers award, was awarded to her by the faculty for her hard work and fellowship in the clinic setting as well as in the classroom.
As a doctor of physical therapy she believes in hands on and personalized care. Her main areas of interest are pediatrics, wound care, and orthopedics. In the near future Heather will be pursuing certifications in manual therapy techniques so that she can give the best possible treatments to her patients.
Heather is an avid runner, and enjoys going to the beach, and traveling.

Heather is excited to join the team and cannot wait to help the patients she is blessed to meet.
