to extend my appreciation to your entire staff and your professional help. Your
staff was more courteous than most doctor's offices. I had a small setback which delayed
my therapy for a couple weeks, but the staff was very attentive and extended
their concern with calls to check on me and get me back on the schedule. They
were very understanding and helped schedule with my needs in mind.
